I just wanted to express my gratitude for your serviceman Chris who just left our home. Unfortunately we made the mistake of calling another company out of the yellow pages and it was a total nightmare. They installed the wrong springs then refused to come back and fix the problem.
During this process they damaged our opener. Chris came over and resolved all the problems in a professional manner for a fair price and I am now a customer for life!

I recently had some service completed at my home in Mentor. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the experience. First of all, the technician called ahead as per our agreement when the appointment was set, and he arrived shortly thereafter. Although I am sure his job requires him to get dirty and sweat a LOT, he still had a sense of neatness in his dress and appearance. He was professional and polite. He took the time to explain the issue to me in a language I could understand (i.e., he didn’t use any “job jargon”) and informed me how I could prevent such an issue from happening again in the future. After the job was complete he showed me what he had done, and proved it by testing the garage door opener.
